I was shocked and appalled at the candidate for Ms. South Carolina.

Just to keep you informed of the numbers, this video has over 3.5 million views on UTube. It has generated more views in 3 days than all of the videos of any presidential candidate in months. Interesting that she has now received more press than even the winner of the pageant.
What does this aspect of the media tell you? Is beauty more important than brains? Thoughts please!!

I guess this comes to show that humor is more important to the people. Also I do agree that a lot of people do care about beauty than brains which shouldn't be the case. Her answer didn't make sence at the end after listening to Chelsie's comment on her speech.
This is why it's a beauty pageant. You don't ask beauty queens questions about education. Seriously though, it's goes to show what we value. It's better to put a candidate with a [pretty face than one with something to say..give us eye candy and not ear wax(just work with it). It simply means that audiences would rather look at the shiny spoon than learn how it as made or who made it or how the materials used to make it were gathered. So go on peeps continue to gaze upon the shiny silver spoon
Well, she is just a plin exsample that people are getting dummer by the second, not even an opinion question can she get right.
When I originally saw this i was stunned. My brother demanded that I see this and I'm happy i did take a look at this. This goes to show us that maybe it is just the looks that matter. I hope that the Ms.South Carolina tested acedemically and not just on looks. This is the problem that is going on now a days
"After watching this video, it clearly reminded me of why I stopped watching televised beauty pageants. Primarily, these girls have no brains as their answers are rehearsed and written for them. Secondly, why not ramble on about helping kids in Iraq such as South African when you look like a million dollars for the camera. That was absolutely ridiculous, she's even more popular than the actual winner, now her stupidity continues to get her more press time".
